Create your account
Is there a notification system?
Yes, you are notified when you have to take your treatment or when your doctor tries to contact you (sending documents, treatment planning, instant message, etc.). You can set up your notifications in the "My notifications" section of your settings.
Can I use my account to monitor my cycle at the same time as my PMA treatment?
You can monitor your cycle at the same time as your PMA treatment in the WiStim app. Add your period dates, symptoms, and emotions to the calendar.
How do I create my account?
After downloading the WiStim application on your smartphone, please open it and click on "Create my profile", then follow the steps requested.
Downloading
I can't download the application. What should I do?
Go to the App Store if you have an iOS device or to the Play Store if you have an Android device. If the application is not available in your country or you are having trouble downloading it, please contact our support team.
How do I download WiStim?
To download WiStim, go to the App Store if you have iOS or Play Store if you have Android and search for "Wistim" then follow the instructions.
Question about my treatment
What are instructions for?
The instructions are designed to inform you of any items you may need to prepare before the appointments.
I have questions about my treatment. How can I find out more?
If you have any questions about taking your medication or about your treatment, please contact your doctor. You can do this directly on the application. Please follow the procedure below:
1. Open your WiStim app.
2. Go to the menu and select "My messages" then "Messages".
3. Click on the icon to the right of the search bar.
4. Select a category, questions and answers are predefined by your doctor. If this does not answer your question, send a message to your doctor/centre by writing it at the bottom of the screen in "Enter a message".
5. Send your message. You can also contact the WiStim chatbot, which will be able to answer questions relating to fertility and the app.
How do I enter my exam results?
To enter your exam results, please follow the procedure below:
1. Open your WiStim app.
2. Go to the "My treatment" page, represented by a syringe icon at the top left of the screen.
3. Go to the day corresponding to the test being monitored (e.g. a blood test) and press the "+" next to it.
4. Enter the data in the corresponding fields and confirm. The data you enter will be sent directly to your doctor. You can access your information by going to "See my chart" section on the "Cycle" page.
How do I add documents?
To add a document, please follow the procedure below:
1. Open your WiStim app.
2. Go to the "Files" section at the bottom of the screen.
3. Choose the category in which to save your document, depending on the examination you are having (Prescription, Ultrasound, etc.).
4. Click on the "+" icon, various options are available to you to add the file: add a document from the files on your device, take a photo or scan the document.
5. Once you have chosen the option, fill in the name and date and click "OK". The added document will automatically be shared with your doctor.
How do I add an appointment to the calendar ?
To add appointments in the calendar, please follow the procedure below:
1. Open your WiStim app.
2. You can add your appointments from different sections: "Calendar" at the bottom right, "My treatments" represented by a syringe icon at the top left or "Cycle" at the bottom right.
3. The following steps are the same for all three options above. Press the "+" icon, then select the calendar icon in the "Treatment and Appointments" section.
4. Select the reason, date, and time of your appointment.
5. Confirm.
How do I add my treatment ?
To add your treatment, please follow the procedure below:
1. Open your WiStim app.
2. You can add your treatment from different sections: "Calendar" at the bottom right, "My treatments" represented by a syringe icon at the top left or "Cycle" at the bottom right.
3. The following steps are the same for all three options above. Press the "+" icon, then select the drugs icon in the "Treatment and Appointments" section.
4. Enter your medication in the search bar and select the correct one.
5. Add the number of tablets you take and the corresponding day.
6. Confirm.
I can't find my medications in the app, what should I do ?
The selection of medications is limited when the user is connected to a doctor. If your are not connected to a doctor, please contact our support team.
How do I add a period date ?
To add a period date, please follow the procedure below:
1. Open your WiStim app.
2. You can add your period from different sections: "Calendar" at the bottom right or "Cycle" also at the bottom right.
3. The following steps are the same for both options above. Press the "+" icon, then select "period" in the cycle section.
4. Confirm.
How do I add an emotion ?
To add an emotion, please follow the procedure below:
1. Open your WiStim app.
2. You can add your emotions from different sections: "Calendar" at the bottom right or "Cycle" also at the bottom right.
3. The following steps are the same for both options above. Press the "+" icon, then select the emotion that best matches (stressed, happy, etc.).
4. Confirm.
How do I add a symptom ?
To add a symptom, please follow the procedure below:
1. Open your WiStim app.
2. You can add your symptoms from different sections: "Calendar" at the bottom right or "Cycle" also at the bottom right.
3. The following steps are the same for both options above. Press the "+" icon, then select the symptom you are experiencing (cramps, migraine, etc.).
4. Confirm.
How do I enter my exam results if I'm using WiStim without my doctor?
You can enter your exam results whether or not your are being followed by your doctor. Please follow the procedure below:
1. Open your WiStim app.
2. Go to the "My treatment" page, represented by a syringe icon at the top left of the screen.
3. Go to the day of the exam (for example, a blood test) and press the "+" next to it.
4. Enter the data in the corresponding fields and confirm. The data you enter will be sent directly to your doctor. You can access your information by going to "See my chart" section on the "Cycle" page.
Connect to your doctor
I have several gynaecologists, can I use Wistim?
It is not possible to register with several doctors - you must choose one of your doctors.
I can't find my doctor on the application. What should I do?
If your doctor uses WiStim, please contact our support team.
Can I use the application to enter my treatment on my own?
If your doctor does not use WiStim, you can add and manage your treatment independently. To do so, refer to the sections “How do I add my treatment?” and “How do I add an appointment to the calendar?”
If you are connected to the app with your doctor, only your doctor can enter your treatment into WiStim. However, you can still add certain additional medications and appointments outside of the prescribed treatment.
How do I connect with my doctor?
On the WiStim app, go to your profile, click on "Add a doctor" then enter your doctor's name in the search bar.
What if my doctor doesn't use WiStim?
To find out which doctors use the application, go to Wistim.fr > "Need a doctor ?".
If your doctor doesn't use WiStim you can still use the app on your own. Add your treatments and appointments and manage your journey independently.
Contact your doctor
I have questions about my treatment?
Please contact your doctor if you are taking any medication or have any questions about your treatment.
How do I send my documents to my doctor?

1. Open your WiStim app.
2. Go to the "Files" section at the bottom of the screen.
3. Choose the category in which to save your document, depending on the examination you are having (Prescription, Ultrasound, etc.).

Can I contact my doctor via the app?
To contact your doctor via WiStim, please follow the procedure below:
1. Open your WiStim app.
2. Go to the notifications page, represented by a bell icon in the top right corner of the screen and select the "Messages" section.
3. Click on the icon to the right of the search bar to start a new conversation.
4. Select a category, questions and answers are predefined by your doctor. If this does not answer your question, send a message to your doctor/centre by writing it at the bottom of the screen in "Write a message".
5. Send your message. Otherwise, you can also write your message in an exististing conversation if one is already open.
Does my doctor need too use WiStim?
If your doctor does not use WiStim, you can choose to use WiStim on your own, or you can choose a doctor who uses the app. To do so, visit Wistim.fr > "Need a doctor ?".
