Are you using WiStim to track your journey?
Discover the app's main features and find everything you need to get started.
To start using the WiStim app, you first need to create an account.
The first step is to go to the App Store or Play Store and download the app.
Open the app and tap Sign up to begin creating your profile. Then complete your profile to finalize the creation of your account.
During registration, you will be asked to connect with your doctor. Type your doctor's name in the search bar, then select them, making sure it is the right doctor.
Continue filling in your information to complete your registration.
Once you are in the app with your account created, go to your profile. You will be pending connection with your doctor, and you need to wait for your doctor to accept your request.
Once accepted, you receive a notification. You are then connected with your doctor and can access the treatment they have sent you.
If your doctor does not use WiStim, you can track your treatment on your own within the app.
During registration, when it is time to choose a doctor, tap No doctor found. Confirm, and you can continue your registration.
Once your registration is finalized, you can add your treatments and appointments.
You can always add a doctor later, in case your doctor starts using WiStim.
To use all WiStim features and access your treatment, you can subscribe.
Go to the settings on your profile page and tap Discover WiStim Premium.
If you have not entered your address yet, you will be asked to add it as your billing address, then subscribe.

When your doctor has added your treatment, you receive a notification in the app.
For appointments, read the instructions sent by your doctor so you arrive prepared.
If you have received your test results, you can enter them in the app by tapping the red + to the right of the appointment. The results are then sent directly to your doctor.
Your doctor can also send you your results. In that case, a blue chart icon appears next to your appointment.
You can also add some treatments yourself, outside your prescription, such as Spasfon or Doliprane.
To start your stimulation, go to the My journey tab, accessible from the Cycle page, then tap Start my treatment. You can also start your treatment from the Cycle, Calendar or Treatment pages by tapping the pink + button at the bottom center of the screen, then the medication icon.
You can then select your protocol start date and indicate the type of assisted reproduction (ART) you are following.
Begin your stimulation by adding your treatment and appointments to the app.
From the Calendar, Cycle or Treatment pages, tap the pink + at the bottom center of the screen. Tap the medication icon to add a treatment, and the calendar icon to add an appointment.
Select Add a medication, then search for the medication you want. Add your doses and select the days you will take them. Tap Confirm to save your changes.

Enter your test results in the app by tapping the red + to the right of the appointment.
If you make a mistake, you can edit or delete your treatment and appointments. Tap Select and choose the items to edit. Tap the pen icon, then change the date or time as needed, and confirm. To remove an appointment, still under Select, tap the trash icon.
Important: the app is a tracking tool and does not replace your prescription. Always refer to the prescription given by your doctor and carefully follow the doses, medications and times written on it. If there is any difference between the app and your prescription, or if you have any doubt, contact your doctor or your clinic.
Securely store all your documents related to your assisted reproduction journey.
Find all your documents sorted by category on the Documents page of the app.
To add a file, tap the red + at the bottom center of the screen, then select the category matching your document. You can add a PDF, a scanned document or a photo.
You can also add a document straight into a category by tapping the red + directly from that category. Specify the file name you want and the date.
Documents let you share results or other important information with your doctor. Every document you add is automatically shared with them.
Your doctor can also send you documents. You receive a notification and a badge on the category where the document arrives. View it by tapping the new document.
From the Cycle page, get an overview of your journey when you have a stimulation in progress. Move the slider to view your upcoming appointments and your estimated periods for egg retrieval, frozen embryo transfer, intrauterine insemination, timed intercourse or biopsy.
These are estimates only. The exact appointment dates are provided by your clinic.
If you do not have a stimulation in progress, you get an overview of your period dates and an estimate of your fertile window, based on your period dates and your menstrual cycle data.
Once your treatment is archived, access your history in the My journey tab on the Cycle page.
Tap the stimulation to open a PDF file of the treatments and appointments from the archived stimulation.
From this page, you also see information about your protocol: the type of ART you are following and your treatment start date.

Select the outcome of your stimulation, then enter your doctor's name.
From the Cycle or Calendar page, tap the red + at the bottom center of the screen to add data about your cycle or your intercourse.

This helps you track your menstrual cycle more fully and understand your body better.
From your profile page, you can add a partner. Tap the red + at the bottom center of the screen, fill in the information, then confirm.
You can also archive a current relationship. Tap the red + at the bottom center of the screen, then tap Close current relationship.
To add a profile photo, tap the profile circle above your name.
Tap View to access your personal information and your login email address. Edit your data as needed, then confirm to save. To edit your partner's information, swipe the screen from right to left from your data page. To return to your own page, swipe from left to right.
In your medical record, access information about your cycle, your medical history and your lifestyle. Edit or add data as needed by tapping the edit icon. With a doctor connection, this information is automatically sent to your doctor. For lifestyle, select the information matching your current situation. Remember to confirm at the bottom of the page so your changes are saved.
In the My notifications tab, choose which notifications you want to receive. You can also set the times for your treatment reminders.
If you have questions, check the FAQ in the app or contact our team from our website.
WiStim includes a two way messaging service with your doctor.
Your doctor can choose whether to enable this option. If it is enabled, tap the bell icon at the top right of the screen to access your messages. In the notifications, select the Messages tab at the top of the screen.

You can also send your message in an existing conversation by tapping directly on it.
On the News page, find many articles written by doctors to help you understand your journey.
Articles are grouped by category so you can find your way around easily and go straight to the topics that interest you.
If there is a particular subject you want to learn about, type it into the search bar and see whether an article matches.
On the Calendar page, daily articles are also available. They are updated in a personalized way to match your journey and your personal data.
View the results added by your doctor or by yourself on the Cycle page, in the My charts tab.
All your test results are laid out in a chart or a table so you can read them more easily.
